Check-in is from 14:00 until 08:00 the next day. We have free luggage storage for guests who arrive before check-in opens.

Check-out is at 11:00 on the day of departure. We have free luggage storage for our guests until 00:00 the same day.

To confirm your reservation The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 5 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay 100% of the total price if he cancels during the 5 days before the arrival date in reservations of 1 night
If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
The accommodation will charge in advance the total price of the reservation during the 5 days before the arrival date.
Refunds, in case of free cancellation, are made within a maximum period of 72 hours.
The cut-off dates and times for free cancellation are in the accommodation's time zone (CEST). 

Cancellation is free of charge  5 days prior to the date of arrival.
